David Levesque

Owner / Founder / Brew Master of LPB. David is a retired Air Force veteran and was stationed at Buckley AFB in Aurora CO. After working for Lockheed Martin he decided to open LPB in 2015 with his best friend Henry Rusch.

Henry Rusch

Co-owner / Founder / Creative Director of LPB. Henry is an Air Force veteran and is currently enlisted in the Air Force Reserves at Buckley AFB (Aurora, CO). He currently works for Raytheon as well as beertends the brewery.

Paul Mahoney

Co-Owner / Head brewer for LPB. He joined the team in 2016 and has been creating and brewing delicious beer since. Paul is also a Certified Cicerone.

Ryan Allen

Ryan Allen is our cellar master and helps out in the brewhouse with everyday operations. Ryan also plays mandolin in the band Strings and the Box.

Erin Levesque

General Manager for LPB/the one that keeps all the employees in line, including the owners. Erin is in charge of front of house staff, advertising, promotions, social media, food truck schedule, and payroll.

Michael Phorr

Michael is one our beertenders and comes to us with a lot of experience from some great bars and restaurants in the Denver metro area.

Shannon Walsh

Shannon is one of our amazing beertenders with a lot of beer knowledge and passion for craft beer.

Casey Bloyer

Distribution manager of LPB. He handles all outside sales and ensures that our brews can be found throughout the Denver metro area. Co-Hosts a beer podcast called Brewski Reviewski, link is below.

Don Hales

Don is our newest beertender here at Launch Pad, he has a passion for photography and he is our in house media producer.
